Victor (V1) plastic is a grippy, tacky, flexible blend. It is a high quality plastic that is best meant for putting. Victor plastic is the softer version of the Victor plastic series (Victor 2 is more firm). While manufactured in Texas, it is more comparable to MVP's Electron plastic. Victor plastic floats in water!
