At Flight Factory Discs, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your gear; however, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that used discs, customized items, and mystery boxes are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand new, unthrown condition with all original tags and packaging intact before beginning the process.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your discs in a box or padded mailer to prevent transit damage and include your RMA number inside the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
